Information collected
Server connection information stored locally
- Server URLs, usernames, and passwords for your torrent clients
- Custom download location presets
- App preferences such as theme and refresh interval
This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to Torrento or any third party.
Advertising identifier
Torrento uses the device advertising identifier to display personalized ads through Google Mobile Ads while ads are active.
Purchase history
When you buy the Remove Ads feature, Google Play processes and stores that purchase information so the app can honor it.
App interactions and diagnostics
Ad interactions are collected for ad performance measurement, and crash logs/diagnostics are collected through Google Play Console to improve stability.

Data security
- Connections use HTTPS when available.
- Local data is stored in device-secure storage.
- Server credentials stay local and are not sent to Torrento.

- Access the data stored locally by opening app settings
- Delete local data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app
- Opt out of ads by purchasing Remove Ads
- Request information about collected data by contacting Torrento
Data retention
- Local data is retained until you uninstall the app or clear app data
- Advertising data is retained according to Google policies
- Crash logs are retained for 90 days in Google Play Console
- Purchase history is retained by Google Play
GDPR and EEA rights
For EEA users, Torrento relies on legitimate interest for advertising/analytics, contract performance for requested app functionality, and consent by use of the app for this policy.
EEA users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal.
Children's privacy
Torrento is not intended for children under 13, and Torrento does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
